Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5 pm EST may be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your package.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and are based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
    • The product must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Products eligible for return or exchange exclude all opened products 
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@shopmebox.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
  • Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned product is received and processed.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo documentation of the damaged or defective item.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase.
